Block bookings have been made at A by Adina, Crowne Plaza and The Sebel.
All prices will be in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
The rates quoted for accommodation are specially negotiated rates for delegates of the event. Please do not contact the hotel directly to make accommodation bookings, as the special rates can only be accessed by booking through Consec – Conference and Event Management.

Please provide credit card details (which will be forwarded to the hotel directly) to secure your accommodation in accordance with the accommodation booking conditions. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form to authorise the forwarding of your credit card details to the hotel. Take note of the conditions of booking for each of the hotels as provided below.
Any requests to change a booking MUST be made in writing to Consec – Conference and Event Management.

Conditions of booking
- Hotel will charge guest credit card for one night's deposit 30 day prior to check in. Upon check in guest will have to settle their own accounts.

- Any changes, amendments or cancellations to your booking must be made on or before Monday 09 February 2026. Any cancellations, no shows or changes to bookings after Monday 09 February 2026 will result in a 100% charge for the entire duration of the booking.
